FAQ

Why are you cheaper than amoCRM?

We're not cheaper — we price differently. amoCRM Basic is $9/user but Salesbot is extra $19/mo, AI only in Advanced at $19/user. We include AI Pilot and custom tools in the starter, monthly billing.

Are amoCRM and Kommo different products?

Same codebase, different operators and pricing after the 2022 split. amoCRM — RU/CIS market. Kommo — Latam/EU/EN. Migration works the same from both. We help with either.

Can I migrate chat history?

Deals + contacts + custom fields migrate via CSV. Message history stays in amoCRM (their API limitation). In practice not a problem.

Do I have to rewrite Salesbot flows?

Not mandatory. AI Pilot often replaces 80% of flows with one prompt. Complex branches — Custom Python tool. We'll help in onboarding.

Self-hosted available?

Yes. Proxmox LXC + Docker Compose. 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 50 GB. ~30 minutes. amoCRM doesn't offer this.

How's support?

Telegram support (MSK or LATAM hours). No ticket system. Complex cases — we enter your account via impersonation.
