FAQ

I have a lot tied to tasks/projects/disk in Bitrix24. What do I do?

Those modules we don't cover — true. If they're core to you, keep Bitrix24 for tasks/projects, migrate the CRM and AI-agent slice to Omra. Often it's better — each system has its strength. Alternative: Notion/Linear for tasks + Omra for CRM.

What about telephony?

Voice AI is on our 2026 roadmap (via WhatsApp Business Calling API + STT/TTS). If telephony is critical now, keep Bitrix24 for calls and migrate the chat-CRM slice.

My business processes (BP) in Bitrix24 are complex — how do I migrate them?

AI Pilot usually replaces 80% of BP with a well-written prompt + tool whitelist. Complex branching scenarios are rewritten as Custom Python tools, which gives more flexibility than the visual builder. We help during onboarding.

Is self-hosted with my data possible?
