AI Pilot out of the box

Wazzup has templates and simple auto-replies, but no real AI agent. Omra AI Pilot answers in chats with context and tools — covers night shifts and FAQ.

Custom Python tools for AI

Wazzup doesn't run your code. Omra does. The AI agent can compute CDEK shipping, check Wildberries stock, pull a Class365 order — all in chat with the customer.

WhatsApp without mandatory WABA

Wazzup pushes you to a paid WABA channel via a partner. Omra supports non-WABA WhatsApp too (via neonize) for micro-SMBs without WABA budget.

Self-hosted option

Wazzup is cloud-only — your chats go through their server. Omra installs on your Proxmox/Docker in an hour.

FAQ

What's the difference between Wazzup and Omra?
Wazzup is a gateway: it connects messengers to your CRM (amoCRM/Bitrix), but doesn't work without one. Omra is a standalone CRM with built-in messengers and AI agent. So switching means dropping amoCRM/Bitrix too — for a single product.
Will my WhatsApp numbers work?
Yes. WABA number reconnects via Meta Business Manager to our infra. If you have non-WABA (via Wazzup without official verification) — we support that too via neonize.
What about 1C / Bitrix integrations?
Wazzup doesn't talk to 1C directly — that's done by the CRM it plugs into. We have Class365 (1C-style for retail) as a native tool. For 1C — webhooks or Custom Python tool.
Will AI Pilot replace a manager?
Not completely. AI handles common questions (stock, price, shipping, order status), takes night shifts, does initial qualification. The manager handles hot leads and complex cases. For a team of 5, typically saves ~30-50% of operator time.
Does self-hosted work with WhatsApp?
WABA — yes (auth on your Meta, chats through your servers). Non-WABA via neonize — also self-hosted. Total independence.
